Ajmal Victor Samuel ( 施 杰 浩 ) is a Hong Kong based Entrepreneur and a Hong Kong national-level athlete.He is the Founding Chairman of OCTO3 Group Holdings Limited, a Hong Kong headquartered financial technology and infrastructure provider that specializes in Payments and Clearing House Systems. Ajmal is also an extreme adventurer and a well-established endurance athlete. He has been actively involved in sports activism and advocating for disabled rights.Ajmal is also the founder of Ajmal Samuel Foundation (ASF) with its main purpose of promoting inclusive wellbeing.As a Hong Kong national athlete Ajmal has had several podium finishes while rowing in Single Sculls - PR1 Category. In 2018 he brought back a gold medal for Hong Kong at the Asian Rowing Championships in Korea.He holds several world records including Rowing Around the Hong Kong Island Race (ATIR) both in 2017 and 2019 and Hand cycling from Beijing to Mohe (Chinese border with Russia) covering a total distance of 2,615Km in 37 days.
