Phillip Baldwin - Director, Asia for Independent Audit Ltd. A 30-year Asia veteran, now based in Hong Kong, who has been involved in governance issues and organisations for more than 20 years. Phillip was Chief Executive of a Hong Kong professional body for ten years; founded an international governance organisation that represents more than 80,000 governance professionals; has addressed the WTO on governance matters and served on the OECD Asia Roundtable on Corporate Governance for several years. A serial entrepreneur, Phillip is also involved in helping SME listed companies raise capital. Independent Audit Limited are leading specialists in governance, risk and assurance. We help clients understand and improve the effectiveness of their governance. Our services include reviews of the board and its committees, internal and external audit, and risk governance.
