Mr. Fajar Satria, based in Jakarta where he has professional as a Senior Partner and Director of Business Management and Strategic Business Development for AIK Investama. Fajar has over 24 years of experience in the areas of Strategy Commercial Effectiveness, Sales Operations, Key Accounts, Distribution, Market Access, and Business Development for several businesses.
Previously he had senior roles to build business for Indonesia and Asia-Pacific, incl.as the Country Head of Sales Operations for Sandoz, a Switzerland pharmaceutical; and Strategy Commercial Excellence and Sales Head for Takeda Group, the largest Japanese pharmaceutical company. He held various commercial effectiveness position as the Director of Strategy Commercial Excellence and Business Development Lead and Regional Head for the Japan and
Asia-Pacific Sales Force with GlaxoSmithKline. He managed several category businesses successfully for Fortune 500 companies, incl. as the Head of Franchise for Johnson & Johnson, and very credible Product Manager for Organon-MSD where they recruited him as the Director of Strategic Business Development and Business Unit Director for MSD. He has developed his early career in the US before joined Abbott Laboratories as its Product Manager and Y2K Project Manager.
Fajar joined an accredited AACSB-PhD program in Management, MS degree in Agricultural Economics from Oklahoma State University, Graduate Law Degree from UGM and enhanced with INSEAD’s Executive MBA education. He completed his undergraduate in Economics & Development Studies from UNPAD. He is passionate in developing people and has academic roles at several business schools.
