Doron Zauer is an experienced corporate adviser, investor, director and entrepreneur focused on the Israeli technology market. He is the Founder & Managing Partner of Initium Group, which is an advisory firm based in Tel Aviv that provides innovation, investment banking, and capital raising services to corporates, funds, family offices and start-ups. Doron is also an active angel investor across a variety of sectors and sits on several tech company boards of directors.
Doron has worked extensively in China & South East Asia, and served as a venture partner at a VC fund established in the Far East, investing in deep technology start-ups globally. Previously, he founded an innovative electronic recycling business which he sold to a competitor. Doron began his career as a corporate/M&A lawyer at Yigal Arnon & Co. in Tel Aviv and Clifford Chance LLP in London, before spending several years at Barclays Capital.
