As a co-founder of Destiny Research institute, David believes that through coaching, they provide individuals, teams and organizations more structured steps to develop the right mindset, handle different hurdles and challenges as well as strengthen relationships, personal and professional.David also transformed with his own personal growth for the past decade because of his engagement with various coaching mentors and also dealing with different walks of life. He experienced losing two of the most important women in his life, this opportunity to make a difference in their family business and going through several bouts of losing businesses.But through his own capacity to shift, grow and move forward as well as through the support of family and friends, David overcame and rose above challenges. That was his driving force and motivation in helping others overcome their own painful experiences, challenges and be driven to reach their goals and develop lasting leadership and relationship skills.He now believes growth and contribution is a big part of his human needs which he will be focusing on for his rest of life. Because of this, Destiny Research Institute was created in order to carry on with David's mission and journey in life.
