Raymond Chi Ho Wan is the CEO and co-founder of TULU Co-living, a modern design-led co-living inspired from the original TULOU: a beautiful 12th century circular structure which allowed a community to live, work, and socialise safely under one harmonious roof. In 2018, TULU introduced the first true Co-living property in Shanghai and has since grown to operate and developing a portfolio of more than 400 co-living apartments in the city.
In 2019, Nova Property Investment a real estate platform invested by Warburg Pincus Shanghai Golden Union, and GIC acquired a majority interest in TULU. With the resources and relationships made available through these partnerships, TULU has put in place ambitious growth plans to make TULU the market leader in Greater-China.
